  Kitchen tap

  Currently in dispute with them. Trying to charge me £357.60 for a quite basic kitchen tap job. Have asked them to provide receipts of materials as I know they are vastly over priced - they have refused so far. Claiming parking costs of £30.10 - I provided them with free parking on my property.

  In response to this feedback, we would like to clarify that this customer WAS NOT charged for parking costs. The customer was made fully aware of the prices of materials and rates before the works began.

  AVOID!! - UNRELIABLE

  Arranged 3 times to have a plumber come to our place. They just don't show up and Angel Plumbing does not contact you to tell you there is an issue. You have to constantly call them and they don't seem to care. Terribly unreliable.

  A water metered pipe needed to be safely attached to the wall to prevent potential flood

  This has taken months to do. Peabody the Housing Association sub contract to Wates who sub contract ….,….. = job never is completed. It wa# a real pleasure to meet an actual plumber who knew the job requirements, gave good advice and charged me considerably less than I’ve been quoted elsewhere. It helps to assess verification through (check a trade) to ensure reliable and friendly service. Very pleased with Angel Plumbing Services .

  Fixing toilet flush

  Plumber came to fix flush in November, at the time plumber was requested to return as despite replacement piece being fitted, flush lost power. Now, flush button has broken…not only were the company rude they have been reluctant to replace. Waited at home for 4 hours without any communication, have come round and not been able to do anything. This company have no idea of service or any manners, nor any expertise willingness to assist.

  Change of kitchen tap

  The engineer was polite and friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up as he went a long. Very pleased indeed. I would highly recommend Angel Plumbing.
