I have needed to use Angel Plumbing twice recently - once for replacement of radiator valves, quickly achieved at half the price British Gas quoted, and more recently when our 2007 boiler broke down. The lady in the office squeezed the job in, the plumber arrived at the cold house first thing and showed how degraded the boiler was before showing how to do a quick fix. I have just accepted a very reasonable free quotation for a boiler recommended by WHICH. This is a small local firm, so eco-friendly in terms of travel. I wonder if the very few poor reviews were reviewing the right firm?

I have used Angel Plumbing in the past and my son has had work done in his home several times too. I recently had a leak and Dan, the plumber, was punctual, conscientious, tidy and polite. I am happy to recommend.

This is my 3rd time using Angel Plumbing Services as I've needed a new shower fitted, a leaky pipe repaired, new taps installed, and drainage and pipework for a washing machine. My experience with them just keeps getting better. From the quotes, to the timeline, to the standard of work, to the follow up support have been spot on. I even got an unexpected refund for work I was quoted for, but decided not to do in the end. Result!! Been really happy with work done so far. Thank you

Currently in dispute with them. Trying to charge me £357.60 for a quite basic kitchen tap job. Have asked them to provide receipts of materials as I know they are vastly over priced - they have refused so far. Claiming parking costs of £30.10 - I provided them with free parking on my property.

Arranged 3 times to have a plumber come to our place. They just don't show up and Angel Plumbing does not contact you to tell you there is an issue. You have to constantly call them and they don't seem to care. Terribly unreliable.

This has taken months to do. Peabody the Housing Association sub contract to Wates who sub contract ….,….. = job never is completed. It wa# a real pleasure to meet an actual plumber who knew the job requirements, gave good advice and charged me considerably less than I’ve been quoted elsewhere. It helps to assess verification through (check a trade) to ensure reliable and friendly service. Very pleased with Angel Plumbing Services .
