  Downstairs Toilet and Side door in Garage work

  Andy has been absolutely fantastic! He recently built us a downstairs toilet room and completed a range of other jobs around the house, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Andy was super friendly, professional, and kept everything so clean and tidy – which makes such a difference when you’ve got work going on in your home. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it really shows.   Top quality garage conversion to utility

  We took Andy on to convert the back of our garage into a utility room and were exceptionally pleased with the end result. Andy was reasonably priced compared to the other quotes and his quality of work was fantastic. Andy is very approachable, works very hard and always had an answer/fix for any curveball we threw at him throughout the build. His experience also really shone through to begin with as he saw past potential problems with creative solutions. We are very pleased with the finished room and would highly recommend Andy to anyone needing a general builder.

  Relaying a patio and pergola with a new timber frame. New gates and short rendered wall constructed.

  Such a delight to work with Andy who was helpful , knowledgeable, calm, friendly, communicative and professional setting his own high standards. His advice throughout was really helpful resulting in a job that we are so pleased we. Absolutely no headaches throughout a really professional job, happy to recommend.

  Modify / move part of partition wall

  Andy turned up on time and carried out the work in a professional manner, the job was completed in 2 days for a very reasonable price, Everything was cleared up including vacuuming and washing the drive where he had done some cutting, As with all good builders he drinks tea

  New bathroom and removing dividing wall in kitchen

  Andy did a wonderful job of creating a new bathroom and other house repairs. I had an aggressive deadline, and Andy worked really hard (including weekends) to complete it in time. Wonderful friendly guy and great knowledge/advise. Highly recommended.
