Andy arrived on time to help with assessing the initial problem and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Once the job as agreed he was punctual and had the work done quickly, even during a few days of bad weather. Since the 1st contact with Andy I was impressed by his knowledge but also his honesty. Having listened to what I was looking to do he agreed he could do what i was thinking, yet also offered an alternative solution which he felt would be better and cheaper. During the works he arrived exactly when we said he would, was polite & courteous throughout and the standard or his work is exceptional. Each day he cleaned up after himself and made sure the areas were accessible for family whilst he wasn’t there.
