We have just had Andy Welch to design and erect steps from our French Doors onto our pario level. We found Andy very competitive on price and we were very happy with the work he carried out. It was a pleasure to deal with a company who kept us informed while the work was being carried out, the weather was mixed and he kept us in the picture as to when he would attend site so hw could complete the task. We would have no hesitation in recommending Andy to anyine who was looking for a dependable builder.

Andy has been absolutely fantastic! He recently built us a downstairs toilet room and completed a range of other jobs around the house, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Andy was super friendly, professional, and kept everything so clean and tidy – which makes such a difference when you’ve got work going on in your home. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it really shows. We highly recommend Andy to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled builder – we’ll definitely be having him back for future projects! Thanks again Andy!

We took Andy on to convert the back of our garage into a utility room and were exceptionally pleased with the end result. Andy was reasonably priced compared to the other quotes and his quality of work was fantastic. Andy is very approachable, works very hard and always had an answer/fix for any curveball we threw at him throughout the build. His experience also really shone through to begin with as he saw past potential problems with creative solutions. We are very pleased with the finished room and would highly recommend Andy to anyone needing a general builder.

Andy turned up on time and carried out the work in a professional manner, the job was completed in 2 days for a very reasonable price, Everything was cleared up including vacuuming and washing the drive where he had done some cutting, As with all good builders he drinks tea
