We have used Andy several times for different jobs and have always been impressed with his work. Andy replaced our old boiler with a new combi system and replaced our radiators. Most recently he came to trace and repair a leak. This was completed promptly. Andy has always kept us in the loop and has informed us of our options. He's a transparent and clear communicator and takes pride in his work. Andy came to inspect our boiler (vaillant) under potentially awkward circumstances, as he was instructed by our buyer. Despite that, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, clearly explaining everything we needed in order to proceed with the exchange of contracts.
