Andy has been doing work for us for several years, and always does an excellent job. He puts himself out and nothing is too much trouble.

Andy came to inspect our boiler (vaillant) under potentially awkward circumstances, as he was instructed by our buyer. Despite that, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, clearly explaining everything we needed in order to proceed with the exchange of contracts. He was so impressive that I’ll definitely be using him again in my new house!
