  Saved us over Christmas!

  Andy from Royale Boiler Services came out at very short notice just before Christmas to look at what initially seemed like a simple boiler error code. Once opened, it became clear there were multiple serious issues and the boiler had to be condemned. Despite this, Andy managed to get it safely working again so we had heating and hot water over Christmas, and it lasted until a new boiler was fitted. Extremely knowledgeable, honest, and a genuinely lovely guy. Would 100% recommend.

  Heat source pump wasn’t working as it should

  The office team were quick to respond on the app on using the phone. The engineer arrived within the allotted time. He was friendly, helpful and professional, explaining what he had done and why. Because the job was at my 81 year old mum’s house, he called me to explain the issues. Clean and tidy worker

  Professional, Responsible, Responsive. Excellent people

  Royale Boiler Services have installed my new boiler, serviced it every year and responded immediately to my call for help when I carelessly partially blocked the glue causing it to shut off on a very cold day. I was I’ll never use any other company. After years of good service why would I?

  Boiler service

  Having been let down at the last minute by another gas engineer I contacted checkatrader. Royale Boiler Services Limited were in contact within 30 minutes and confirmed an appointment within 2 days. The customer service was excellent. I was kept informed and the engineer arrived on time. Very helpful, professional and friendly chap who completed the service and also assisted in logging some plumbing issues that Royale are also able to assist with. Simply brilliant customer service.
