  Royale Boiler Services have installed my new boiler, serviced it every year and responded immediately to my call for help when I carelessly partially blocked the glue causing it to shut off on a very cold day. I was I’ll never use any other company. After years of good service why would I?

  Boiler service

  Having been let down at the last minute by another gas engineer I contacted checkatrader. Royale Boiler Services Limited were in contact within 30 minutes and confirmed an appointment within 2 days. The customer service was excellent. I was kept informed and the engineer arrived on time. Very helpful, professional and friendly chap who completed the service and also assisted in logging some plumbing issues that Royale are also able to assist with. Simply brilliant customer service.

  Excellent service from Royale Boiler Services.

  Our central heating boiler stopped working over last weekend..I contacted Royale’s office at 8.15 on Monday morning. Their Engineer Andy was with us before 11 am, an excellent response. He quickly identified the problem and was able to fix it on the spot..I must commend his kind and professional attitude and workmanship..Truly a 5 star experience..

  Simply the best for boiler repairs

  Absolutely brilliant Andy diagnosed the issue and fixed it within half an hour, despite two other people stating that it could not be fixed. It’s working great now I would definitely recommend Royale Boiler Services 100%

  Exceptional service would highly recommend

  5* Service as always. Used this company for all boiler, gas fire, gas cooker installations, safety checks, breakdowns and annual services for the last 8 years. All members of the team from Admin to engineers are all reliable, professional, and polite. You get clear quotes and pricing and photos of all works and checks completed, which gives added reassurance. Would highly recommend.
