  Boiler repair and service

  Royale responded to the message I sent via their website promptly (within a day). Booking in was super easy. Anthony was great, super friendly! He worked quickly and there was no mess. I'm even convinced he cleared some of cobwebs away from the cupboard under the stairs!!! All fixed and sorted in no time at all. And at a fantastic price. Very happy. Will be using them again for sure.

  Boiler not working - no heating or hot water

  I looked up local heating engineers through my village FB site and saw a recommendation for Andy at Royale from a neighbour. It was the weekend so I sent a message but didn't expect a response till Monday. However Andy got in contact and arranged to come next day. Good communication prior to my appointment and he arrived on time. The call out fee wasn't extortionate and Andy managed a temporary repair whilst he orders a new part. All round excellent service. Andy was personable but professional and explained everything to me. Definitely recommend.
