  Really pleased with the experience, Andrew was prompt to reach out and provide a quote and able to arrive the same day and resolve the issue. He was also knowledgeable on correct plumbing regs and provided advice on this. Highly recommend.

  Installation of a new radiator in the kitchen

  Our kitchen was very cold during the winter so we decided to get a radiator for in there. We spoke to Andy who gave us advice on different designs and the size we would need to heat the area sufficiently. We ordered it online following his advice and he installed it for us. His workmanship was excellent, he arrived on time, explained what he needed to do and got on with the job. He tidied up afterwards and checked the new and existing radiators all worked properly and left us with a nice warm kitchen.

  Boiler/pipe leak

  Had a leak on one of the pipes leading from the boiler. As always, as I've used this company before, issue was explained as to what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Reliable service and will continue to use for any future jobs.

  My central heating wasn't working, combine boiler was leaking water

  My central heating wasn't working, I found the pipe under Baxter combine boiler was leaking water. Look on checkatrade and found Andy. After explaining the situation he came round within the hour. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable what I thought was a simple leak in my pipe was actually water was coming from my boiler and there was a plastic value cover that had cracked. He managed to order the parts but it took 2 days to arrive but Andy keep me informed all the throughout the ordeal. I had cold showers for 2 days but Andy fixed everything, Very happy

  Replacement of downstairs radiator. Also a call out for loss of heating on a different day.

  I had no heating on a Friday night in winter. Andy came straight over and got it working . Andy also changed a Rad for me. He was on time , cleaned up afterwards. Very friendly/respectful would highly recommend him.
