  Excellent, trustworthy and professional

  This is the second time I have used GMS Services. I knew from the previous job that Garry, and Jim the plumber, were competitively priced, reliable, professional and carried work out to an excellent standard. I now have a beautifully fitted bathroom with new furniture, fittings, lighting etc. Even when faced with a couple of problems, Garry is never fazed and always finds a solution. It is nice to find someone you can have confidence in. On a personal note, he was very good with my fearful dog too, which earned him brownie points! In short, I do not hesitate to recommend this company.

  Small garden, hard landscaping

  I needed my small, garden paved. The garden is accessed via a narrow alleyway with no direct, easy access to my house, electricity or water. Dave came, measured up, listened to what I wanted and sent me a reasonable quote within a couple of days. I chose to source my own stone, however everything else was handled by Dave. Communication was excellent, I was kept informed of all progress throughout. All work was carried out by Dave and Ben, finished to a high standard and completed a day earlier than planned. Both Dave and Ben were professional, reliable and friendly. I highly recommend them.

  Soffit replacement and gutter maintenance

  I made an enquiry with Empire Roofing with regards to repair work on my soffit boards and guttering. Ely contacted me and visited the same day to see the site and provide a quote. The work was carried out within days to a good standard. I was so satisfied that further work has been agreed.

  Intercom repair

  This was a repair to an ageing intercom entry system. Everything was explained thoroughly and the repair completed. In addition to the professional conduct, Richard was very friendly and considerate.

  Shower room refit

  I had an unusable, uncleanable shower room. Garry tore it out and rebuilt it. He enlarged and waterproofed the shower enclosure, rebuilt walls and tiled the floor and walls (James did the plastering). Jim did an excellent job on the plumbing and even fixed the cistern in my main bathroom. Electrical work was completed by Garry. All elements of the job were carried out with utmost professionalism and to a very high standard. On a personal note, Garry and Jim were wonderful. I was quite anxious about the job, but in no time at all, I had complete faith in them. I highly recommend them.
