  Rangemaster oven repair

  One of the knobs on my oven had broken and I really wanted it fixed before Christmas. The communication prior to the appointment was clear and professional and I was given a quote for the work which seemed reasonable. Matthew arrived in the given time slot, was friendly and polite and he replaced my faulty knob efficiently. He also tightened up a couple of loose screws on other parts of the oven, which I was grateful for. Excellent service, I would definitely use again. Very impressive

  I have been using the services of Anderson DRS for Many years. I have always found them to be Knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They are clear in their explanation of work to be carried out, and offer fair pricing for work carried out. They work tidily. On one occasion, I had a query about work carried out, and the operative came out promptly to inspect and rectify. I find this company reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend their services, and I shall continue to use them for all of my home appliance maintenance and repairs. Anderson DRS can also source new appliances

  Great customer service and value for money

  From the start my enquiry regarding g a new washing machine, to fitting the new machine Anderson’s have been brilliant. Advising me on which machine would suit my needs best and making sure the instal was completed swiftly with no issues. They even took the time to adjust my other intergrated appliances to line up which was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend these guys as they go above and beyond for their customers and are offer great value for money.

  Prompt polite and fixed the problem

  Very pleased with this company. Managed to come a day earlier than expected and carried out the repair promptly. Had to wait 1 day for a replacement part but arrived and fitted in less than an hour. Now just need to catch up with washing pile!
