After our Washing Machine stopped working we called in Anderson DRS. They diagnosed a serious drum problem that was not economically repairable. They quoted us with a list of machines giving the costs of the machine, installation and removal of the old machine. They found that the one we chose, made by AEG, was not available but we were able to order a very similar AEG one at the same reasonable cost.
