Element needed replacing on my electric oven. Engineer visited the same afternoon with the replacement part and also fitted two new bulbs.

They were very responsive and were quick to book me in for the work needed. Arrived on time for both visits and team were nice. Would definitely use again.

I called them as I got a refurbished American fridge freezer and the first one broke down and they replaced it for a category b replacement. After six weeks that also broke down. So I gave them a WhatsApp message and they were very efficient and polite. Matthew told me what needed replacing then when it still didn’t work, suggested that we should do a defrost and lent us a little working freezer. We now finally have a working appliance. Great knowledge and customer service.
