I had an amazing experience with Anderson. They came out to assess my washing machine on Thursday, and after inspecting it, they confirmed that I needed a replacement. They took the time to go through the available options with me and arranged for next-day delivery and installation. Once the new machine was fitted, they gave me a helpful tutorial on how to use it, explained the warranty, and showed me how to register it. Throughout the whole process, the team was polite, professional, and extremely helpful. Their excellent customer service made everything straightforward and stress-free.

I DON’T normally do reviews; my time is too valuable. However, I very occasionally make an exception. I have been using this family firm for decades and both my daughter and daughter-in-law do too, following my recommendation. After a considerable break from requiring their help, I found myself in need again. I had a visit on the same day as my initial phone call and a part fitted on the next working day. This engineer was as polite, helpful, efficient and friendly as everyone else I have had dealings with at Anderson DRS. What more could you ask?
