  I would not hesitate to call this firm again if I had a problem with the stair lift again ,a very nice polite young man who was very thorough and made sure he found the problem and put it right

  Really happy with the quality and speed of the fitting of a stair lift for my elderly parents, from consultation (with absolutely no pressure) to fitting, we are so pleased. Superb friendly and professional service, and a real above-and-beyond mindset, and incredibly respectful to my parents throughout.

  Excellent work from a great team!

  Absolutely fantastic service from these guys, from the initial helpful communication, to the job being done - the lads were brilliant, with a difficult removal of an obsolete 30+ years old stairlift (with good humour and no grumbles) and installation of a lovely modern new one! They stayed long enough to make sure we were happy with the job and make sure Mum knew how to use it. I would absolutely recommend these guys, and we are very happy customers!

  I have used this company 3 years now this month I needed to replace previous stairlift . Clearly given all options prices ect left to decied my descion . Then again all information given in clear manner date given for installtion cost ect. Two same young men arrived as arranged just got on with work once new one installed Mark made sure I was confident using new stairlift before they left. AS I have mobily issues also helped on both visits with some things I was struggling with at that time. I have also always found the office staff very polite helpful when telephoned

  From start to finish very professional. Anthony fitted my stairlift in under 2 hours no mess whatsoever. He took time to explain things and to make sure I was able towork the stairlift on my own. Would recommend them no problem at all.
