Absolutely brilliant team. Came out to my property just before Christmas. My lift was approved just after new year and was today installed. Electrican came last week to sort out the electrics and then today my lift was installed. They came within the timeframe given and it was completed within 2 hours. He showed me how to use the lift safely and cleaned up all the mess- that was made from removing my stair rail. Overall very satisfied with the work and service I was given

Had conversation on a Sunday with the owner. We arranged a time and date there and then, that week he came looked and measured the stairs. We had been told could not have one because stairs too narrow. Anthony explained types of chairs and prices. We agreed price and time and date on his visit. Service quick and easy, engineer turned up also called Anthony. Everything ran smoothly and once done engineer went through controls and notes and left everything clean and tidy . Good fast reliable service.

From start to finish the service has been outstanding. Victoria has been incredible throughout the whole process of getting my dad’s stairlift sorted. She kept me fully updated, was always professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right for us. The installation team were brilliant too — quick, tidy, and made sure we understood how everything worked before they left. The whole experience has taken a lot of stress off our shoulders, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a stairlift. Excellent service,

Absolutely fantastic service from these guys, from the initial helpful communication, to the job being done - the lads were brilliant, with a difficult removal of an obsolete 30+ years old stairlift (with good humour and no grumbles) and installation of a lovely modern new one! They stayed long enough to make sure we were happy with the job and make sure Mum knew how to use it. I would absolutely recommend these guys, and we are very happy customers!
