10 Boiler repair required; previous engineer misdiagnosed the part that required a replacement.

Tenant informed that the boiler was over heating and no longer performing as expected. Initial engineer paid to diagnose and fix the issue wasn’t successful. Contacted Andy and agreed to visit property with minimum notice on a weekend. Andy diagnosed actual faulty part and fixed the boiler within a few hours.
