Tenant informed that the boiler was over heating and no longer performing as expected. Initial engineer paid to diagnose and fix the issue wasn’t successful. Contacted Andy and agreed to visit property with minimum notice on a weekend. Andy diagnosed actual faulty part and fixed the boiler within a few hours. Fantastic service and excellent communication - everything you need as a landlord/customer and massively appreciated.

I had a brilliant experience because he turned up on tie and didn’t let me down. He was really chatty and cleaned up after him self which was really good. Would highly recommend.

What can I say the service was 10/10 very professional very friendly and my boiler was fixed with in 24 hours of finding Andy I will be recommending him to anyone who needs a plumber and his number is locked in on my phone in case I need any plumbing issues done in the future.
