To either fix or replace door lock

Dan appeared at relatively short notice. Checked door lock which was sticking, Took complete lock etc off door said Gearbox needed replacing but didn’t have one in van. He cleaned & sprayed it & put it back together also replacing the cylinder. It now works ok but if started sticking again would replace it just for the cost of the gearbox.

We’ve moved into a new build and the locks on all the doors have been temperamental. Dan recently replaced the gearbox on our back conservatory door as we were unable to use it. Today he replaced the gearbox on our composite door, which turned out to be more complicated than anticipated - Dan was patient, skilled & knowledgeable enough to rectify the problem. Dan is always punctual & professional. I have recommended him to many since he first came out to us. I would 100% recommend his services to anyone.

Internal lock jammed

My experience was excellent from start to finish. I received a call back in 24 hours of making contact and Dan attended 48 hours later to complete the work. He was prompt, friendly, polite and resolved the issue speedily and without the additional expense of a new lock and a second visit. He also looked at an issue I had identified with the front door and he identified the problem and resolved that speedily and without the need for any further work. I had been thinking I may need to replace the entire door but he removed that necessity. Dan is professional, punctual and a great choice.
