  Efficient

  'Not long after we advised Alsto Heat that we had a leak in our cold water tank, a plumber was sent to check it. The work could have been carried out within a week, but we had to decline as we had a commitment which we could not alter. (Had it been an emergency, of course we would have had to.) 'Early the following week, the work was carried out efficiently and due care shown to our Victorian cottage. We are pensioners and the plumber showed compassion, knowing how stressful the whole procedure had been for us'. Hope that's ok. Luke was top class.

  Whistle while you work!

  Alsto-Heat Ltd have come to my rescue on a couple of occassions now and they are LOVELY. I cannot find a thing to fault them from Amy who asnwers the phone to Luke, who's cheery disposition and vocal accompanyments, always makes one smile. So far they have always succeeded in repairing everything asked of them even down to sorting out a mascerator or going into a loft with spiders! Thoroughly recommend them although they may not be the cheapest they are relaible and that counts a lot.

  New bathroom radiator

  we had a great experience with this company. the engineer was prompt, friendly and thorough and kept me informed throughout, even navigating an anxious dog who had to be moved between rooms so he could get to every radiator! the invoice amount was adhered to and I had a call before the engineer arrived to let me know he was on the way. all in all great service and would recommend

  Replace most of the existing central heating radiators and thermostatic valves in house

  The company did a good job waiting until all the radiators had been received from their suppliers, so that there would be no interruptions during installation activities. However, only about 5 hours of work was done each day, due to child care needs; this was not advised in advance. This meant that the installation activities went on for 4 days, leaving the house colder for 4 days. There were some problems noticed subsequently with a leak on one radiator, and the boiler cutting out at the boiler thermostat max setting; which had not happened previously. Now more works need to be done.
