The company did a good job waiting until all the radiators had been received from their suppliers, so that there would be no interruptions during installation activities. However, only about 5 hours of work was done each day, due to child care needs; this was not advised in advance. This meant that the installation activities went on for 4 days, leaving the house colder for 4 days. There were some problems noticed subsequently with a leak on one radiator, and the boiler cutting out at the boiler thermostat max setting; which had not happened previously. Now more works need to be done.

Alsto-Heat Ltd is a great company, they communicated with me very well. The job was done on time and on budget as agreed. The plumber was very skilled and very tied and did an exceptionally wonderful job. I strongly recommend this company.

new vertical radiator fitted, spotted a problem with previous pipe work and was rectified. Job well done!!

They came next day when they said they would. Did job quickly. Had to call back to get handle of tap pointing right way but they came immediately with no fuss and fixed it in two mins. Very good admin person on phone - Amy. Reasonable price.
