    RICS Level 3 Property Survey

    I engaged Alpine Surveys to carry ou the above survey in relation to a property I intended to purchase. The rate for the job was very competitive and the lead time fitted in with our schedule. The survey was carried out on the date arranged and the report was presented to me within the specified time. I was very impressed with the level of detail and the number of photographs to illustrate specific points. Requests for clarification of a couple of issues were dealt with on the same day.

    Damp survey

    Alpine Surveys carried out a damp survey on my property. They were punctual, polite, efficient and very thorough. They produced an excellent comprehensive report, based on the objective evidence of their findings, all at a very reasonable price. I cannot praise them highly enough!

    Heat loss and damp survey

    The Alpine surveyor was prompt courteous and provided lots of information during the survey. The report was thorough and useful. The whole experience was very good from initial contact to final report.

    Level 2 Heat Loss Survey

    Report was quite repetitive, certain key photos and descriptions were missing, many conclusions were obvious without survey and key investigations had multiple resolutions without a clear conclusion. Surveyor seemed inexperienced and report lacked sufficient descriptions and explanation s to be actionable - any attempt at resolving issues would probably require a lot of work to be repeated

Alpine Surveys is a professional aerial filming and surveying specialist covering the South of England. We are CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) approved, in order that we can undertake domestic, commercial and industrial surveys and filming legally and safely.

We are able to operate our drones to a height of 400 feet, thus allowing us to film almost all structures available.
