Throughout the whole process Alpine Surveys staff were polite, courteous and professional. From initial contact to receiving the report was under 2 weeks. The survey cost was a very competitive rate. The structural surveyor was so thorough and professional and he took the time to know the history of the house and to read relevant documentation. His report was clear and detailed and highlighted current and potential issues. It gave clear steps to remedy issues with clear realistic costings. I engaged Alpine Surveys to carry ou the above survey in relation to a property I intended to purchase. The rate for the job was very competitive and the lead time fitted in with our schedule. The survey was carried out on the date arranged and the report was presented to me within the specified time. I was very impressed with the level of detail and the number of photographs to illustrate specific points. Requests for clarification of a couple of issues were dealt with on the same day.

Alpine Surveys carried out a damp survey on my property. They were punctual, polite, efficient and very thorough. They produced an excellent comprehensive report, based on the objective evidence of their findings, all at a very reasonable price. I cannot praise them highly enough!

Report was quite repetitive, certain key photos and descriptions were missing, many conclusions were obvious without survey and key investigations had multiple resolutions without a clear conclusion. Surveyor seemed inexperienced and report lacked sufficient descriptions and explanation s to be actionable - any attempt at resolving issues would probably require a lot of work to be repeated
