Called Scott in the morning and he managed to fit me in in the afternoon. Unlike some of the other people I contacted who came through a group freephone number and didn't really know their stuff, Scott really did know what he was talking about and I was very happy with the job. Asked Scott to investigate a sudden loss of reception at one of our TV aerial points. Scott undertook a thorough review and pinpointed the problem. An easy repair was not possible, but Scott provided a number of alternative solutions and told me the approx cost of each option. He charged only his call-out fee for this visit, which was very reasonable and excellent value for money.
