    Scott was prompt to reply to my initial job request, and flexible in agreeing a time to attend my property after a change in circumstances my side. On the day Scott arrived within the agreed time window, having called ahead to let me know he was en route. He provided quotes for a range of solutions, and was able to carry out the work immediately after we agreed the most appropriate one. Scott worked quickly and tidily and was polite and friendly. The work itself was carried out effectively. Recommended - and thanks!
