Called me within 2 hours of posting the job. Understood the problem and proposed various solutions. Arrived on time for the appointment and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

Called Scott in the morning and he managed to fit me in in the afternoon. Unlike some of the other people I contacted who came through a group freephone number and didn't really know their stuff, Scott really did know what he was talking about and I was very happy with the job. Asked Scott to investigate a sudden loss of reception at one of our TV aerial points. Scott undertook a thorough review and pinpointed the problem. An easy repair was not possible, but Scott provided a number of alternative solutions and told me the approx cost of each option. He charged only his call-out fee for this visit, which was very reasonable and excellent value for money. Scott is friendly and informative, and is clearly very experienced in his field.

Excellent friendly service. First rate. Our television is now so much better and we can see all programmes.
