  Replace Fire Alarm

  I have to completely agree with other reviews I have read, Farouk was so pleasant and polite, he came to my job to replace the fire alarm quickly gave me a quote and checked I was happy to proceed. I can honestly say he is such a lovely person and I would certainly call upon him in the future if I needed to. I would also recommend him to friends and family should they need a sparky.   Faulty Alarm Disconnect

  Great from start to finish! Clear communication prior to the job, with job estimate and time of arrival. Once here extremely polite and communicated the options available to me. Diagnosed the possible problem and talked me through intended solution and made sure I was happy with it. Honest, clear and polite. Will be using again for electrical work.

  Exceptional service!

  Farouk was exceptional! I put in a request late at night and he was at our house the next day having a look at what we needed. He was very thorough at explaining things and what our options were and was back at our house a few days later ince we got the parts. His communication was excellent and on the day, he would let us know beforehand what time he would arrive. I must add that he is also a really nice person which makes his service even better! We will definitely be using his service again if we ever need it! 😊

  Exceptional service! 👌

  Farouk is exceptional at what he does. He came to our house on the day that we put in an enquiry to have a look at what we needed, explained things thoroughly and then booked us in a few days later once he got some parts for our fire alarm, smoke alarm and heat alarm for the house. His communication was great and would let us know when he was setting off to our house and what time he would get here. Most of all, he's a very nice person and someone that you would want to be around. We will definitely use his service again! 😊
