  Our intercom has broken, wires had come loose inside and a fuse blown.

  Farouk showed up right on time, got straight to work with a pleasant demeanour about him. Checking over everything to make sure he could isolate the issue, the blown fuse was found. He complete a minor bit of rewiring to make sure the loose wires wouldn't become loose again, and popped a new fuse is good as new.

  Farouk was very friendly and communicative when I reached out to him. He was punctual and came to do a few different jobs at my house and was extremely helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable. He didn't rush anything and explained why and what he was doing each step which was useful. I'd recommend Farouk to anyone looking to hire an electrician.
