Farouk showed up right on time, got straight to work with a pleasant demeanour about him. Checking over everything to make sure he could isolate the issue, the blown fuse was found. He complete a minor bit of rewiring to make sure the loose wires wouldn't become loose again, and popped a new fuse is good as new.

Farouk was very friendly and communicative when I reached out to him. He was punctual and came to do a few different jobs at my house and was extremely helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable.
