  Damp inspection

  Max was great, checked our damp wall and told us we didn't need him to do any work but instead recommended a plasterer. So nice to have someone knowledgeable and honest that could point us in the right direction with no charge. Highly recommend

  Max is very knowledgeable and works efficiently. His price is reasonable and he gave me practical advice on dealing with my woodworm, including suggesting bigger ventillation grilles to improve underfloor ventillation.

  Rising Damp

  From the outset Max was completely professional, and honest about what work was required. He offered his advice, and do not put me under pressure at any point. This was followed up a couple of days later with a printed copy of his survey, and an estimate of the work to be completed. We agreed a start date, and Max turned up on time as promised, he completed all of the work himself. max was on time every day, informing me of what he was doing at every point. The work was completed, and he left our house clean and tidy, taking all of the excess material with him. I would highly recommend him.

  Damp proofing and advice.

  Maxwell was very prompt and curteous. He explained what was causing our damp and mold issues and gave great advice on how to remedy it. He conducted damp proofing at a very reasonable cost and was extremely tidy and professional and friendly throughout. I would highly recommend him.

  Professional and honest advice. Recommend.

  We had Maxwell come and look at a damp issue we were having. He visited on the agreed time and gave us his expert advice. Other companies gave us ridiculous quotes after seeing that the property was on the larger side (we can spot them from a mile) but Maxwell gave us cost-effective advice which focused on the best solution for the issue. We would definitely recommend contacting Maxwell for any damp issues that you may have. It is hard to find honest professionals like him who are focused on what is best for the customer and the problem at hand, instead of what will get them the most money.
