Max was great, checked our damp wall and told us we didn't need him to do any work but instead recommended a plasterer. So nice to have someone knowledgeable and honest that could point us in the right direction with no charge. From the outset Max was completely professional, and honest about what work was required. He offered his advice, and do not put me under pressure at any point. This was followed up a couple of days later with a printed copy of his survey, and an estimate of the work to be completed. We agreed a start date, and Max turned up on time as promised, he completed all of the work himself. max was on time every day, informing me of what he was doing at every point. Maxwell was very prompt and curteous. He explained what was causing our damp and mold issues and gave great advice on how to remedy it. We are a small family run business and have been trading since the 80s.
I have been in construction since 1969 having served an apprenticeship in bricklaying which I gained a distinction. I worked on many prestigious projects over the years, in the city and west end of London including the Victoria and Albert museum, and many more.
I came into the remedial side of the business in the early 80s,and have been busy treating Damp and Timber problems ever since. We have resisted growing into a large firm because we like the hands on touch that only a family business can offer.
