  Dave was fantastic right from the start. A very competitive quote followed by work carried out promptly and on the date I requested. The installation was seamless and the quality of work including the tidy up was exceptional. I have already recommended him to family and friends. I will certainly look to use ALL TYPE PROPERTY SOLUTIONS again in the future.

  Porch, windows and door fitted

  Thank you Dave for all your work carried out at our house. Around 2 years ago he fitted new windows, front door and built a porch. So pleased with his work we asked him back to fit another window on the back of the house. Had an issue with the lock on the door a few months ago so called Dave and he came round and sorted the same day! Very friendly, would highly recommend.

  Dave and Bob did a great job of replacing my existing conservatory. Dave was really helpful with offering different prices depending on my budget. Quality work. Very happy with the service received. Definitely recommend!

  Multiple windows across two houses

  Dave and Bob have been installing windows and doors in my house (and previous house) for over a decade. Always a great job, speedy service and good communication. I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else.

  I cannot recommend all type property solutions enough Dave and the team are absolutely fantastic, from start to finish you never knew they were there, they did everything that we spoke about it the plans and went above and beyond. The time keeping and tidiness was spot on. Always kept up to date with progress. If you need work doing then all type property solutions if your first call you won’t be disappointed. Thank you again for everything you done for us
