    Replacement conservatory with tiled roof and new windows

    This company (Dave!) was excellent in all respects. From the initial quote to the finishing touches he has been extremely responsive, with very good communication, good ideas to assist and great quality workmanship. All involved were lovely on the job and seemed to care about doing the work well. I also had positive comments for my neighbours! Thanks so much I am thrilled with the end result.     Dave was fantastic right from the start. A very competitive quote followed by work carried out promptly and on the date I requested. The installation was seamless and the quality of work including the tidy up was exceptional. I have already recommended him to family and friends. I will certainly look to use ALL TYPE PROPERTY SOLUTIONS again in the future.

    Porch, windows and door fitted

    Thank you Dave for all your work carried out at our house. Around 2 years ago he fitted new windows, front door and built a porch. So pleased with his work we asked him back to fit another window on the back of the house. Had an issue with the lock on the door a few months ago so called Dave and he came round and sorted the same day! Very friendly, would highly recommend.
