  Replaced roof

  Initally All Seasons Roofing were contacted to carry out gutter clearing and minor roof repairs via Checkatrade.com. The work was carried out promptly however on inspection it was established our 1930.s roof was in very poor condition. We were advised by John the owner of the company that the roof was in need of replacing very soon. We quickly made the decison on the same day to go ahead and have it replaced. Work was then carried out promptly and we are very pleased with our fantastic new roof. John, William, Kieran and the team were Professional, hard working, polite and trustworthy.

  Cast Iron gutter repair and repaint.

  The job came with a 1 year guarantee. Several weeks later the guttering was leaking. I sent 7 emails in the space of a month with no reply until I threatened to leave a poor review. They were at my door with 30 mins of sending the email. After remediating that issue there were leaks in other sections of the guttering. I sent a further 3 emails in the space of 8 weeks with no reply. My guttering now looks good but still leaks in places. As it's old cast iron I get that it's not straight forward but the lack of communication isn't good enough.

  Refelt and batten roof.

  John explained the work required and kept me updated with progress throughout. His team were hard workers and completed the work on time. I am pleased with the finished work. They cleared all the rubbish from the site on completion. Great job.

  Removal of 3 apex roofs and two flat roofs

  John was originally going to replace one part of a flat roof with fibreglass which would take 4-5 days. When removing the old roof it became apparent that a previous 'tradesman' who had erected 3 apex roofs hadn't done the job properly! John explained in detail what he'd found and what would be involved in rectifying it and timescales. It went from a 4-5 day job to a 3 week one and John was able to accommodate this for me which I was very grateful for. John kept me updated all the time, photos of the job were sent frequently to me. I would definitely recommend John. A 20 year warranty too!
