The job came with a 1 year guarantee. Several weeks later the guttering was leaking. I sent 7 emails in the space of a month with no reply until I threatened to leave a poor review. They were at my door with 30 mins of sending the email. After remediating that issue there were leaks in other sections of the guttering. I sent a further 3 emails in the space of 8 weeks with no reply. My guttering now looks good but still leaks in places. As it's old cast iron I get that it's not straight forward but the lack of communication isn't good enough.

John explained the work required and kept me updated with progress throughout. His team were hard workers and completed the work on time. I am pleased with the finished work. They cleared all the rubbish from the site on completion. Great job.

John was originally going to replace one part of a flat roof with fibreglass which would take 4-5 days. When removing the old roof it became apparent that a previous 'tradesman' who had erected 3 apex roofs hadn't done the job properly! John explained in detail what he'd found and what would be involved in rectifying it and timescales. It went from a 4-5 day job to a 3 week one and John was able to accommodate this for me which I was very grateful for. John kept me updated all the time, photos of the job were sent frequently to me. I would definitely recommend John. A 20 year warranty too!

John and his team did an excellent job on our garage roof. They had to strip asbestos off first and get rid of it to specialist disposers.They worked really hard and kept us informed about each stage of the job. The roof looks really good and we are so pleased with it. We would highly recommend them.

From the first moment they got here everything was done professionally I knew what was going on and what was happening next and it’s done to my absolute perfection
