Reliable handyman who was tasked to order in replacement toilet seats and install them. Had to pay handyman the full job amount before he started work so that he could proceed with the purchase of the seats. He returned within the next few days with the new seats and installed them without fuss.

Leak coming from the inlet valve underneath a fitted toilet.

Was able to solve the problem very quickly by replacing ing the outlet valve and a new mechanism inside the toilet.
