Unvented hot water cylinder element replacement. Out cylinder had not been serviced for a while and stopped working which meant no hot water for days. Fortunately the plumber had the knowledge and practiced this type of cylinder before which meant we got quickly back to normal. It does take some time to empty the tank especially if you have lots of limescale which was the case for us.
