  Water leak. Broken toilet flush

  This company has helped me on a number of occasions. Recently with a water leak which was fixed and today when my toilet flush broke which was an emergency. This work was carried out promptly and efficiently.

  Resolution of leak in stopcock

  Leak from stopcock. Called James who arrived quickly and resolved the problem. Also helped to determine that there was a leak between my stopcock and water meter outside house.

  Quick acting and competent.

  James Horsted from Alloy Plumbing has been twice to sort out our attic tank; first to fit a new valve when water began to run out upstairs, and again to clean out the tank itself - this last was a long job, but James was cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. I would have no hesitation in enlisting his assistance again should we need it, and I recommend the firm. It responded to our original call within a day.

  Basin leak

  Further to a leak from the basin in my downstairs toilet I contacted James for the first time. He came round the following morning and diagnosed the problem quickly, and replaced the worn taps. I found James to be very professional, friendly, and thorough. I would highly recommend him.
