Steven came very quickly to deal with our issue. He is extremely competent, knowledgeable and pleasant. He explained everything about the issue and how he would fix it. Absolutely wonderful service from Steven of Alloy Plumbing. From the initial callback, to the explanation of costs (emergency fix), to the identification and subsequent repair work, it was all done within 2 hours. A brilliant job by Steve who spoke to my elderly parents and explained the issue and his fix and even gave them the promised 10% OAP discount.
