Very impressed with the speedy response and efficiency in fixing the blockage/leak issue with my kitchen sink and washing machine. Cost was clearly explained once the problem had been found and before repairs were carried out. All done without a fuss by a very professional James.

The company were very quick to fix an issue I had with a tap in my kitchen and, despite the fact that the product was no longer under warranty, didn’t charge me. They have been very helpful whenever I have used them.

Alloy plumbing were prompt to arrive after my emergency call for help to understand why water was seeping out of a wall and fix it. Diagnosis process was thorough - the Victorian lead mains riser was perishing. Solutions were discussed and they returned a few days later to fit a new mains riser. Communication was good, a WhatsApp chat helped the flow of info. Calling for a plumber in London can be daunting, you hear so many horror stories. Thankfully Alloy Plumbing Services were honest, fairly priced, and patient. I need their services again soon so will review that experience here as well.

Robert and James replaced my mums bath for a walk in shower..best thing she’s ever had done, makes her life so much easier.. Very clean, tidy, polite tradesmen .
