Kitchen mixer taps were being temperamental. James came out as arranged (took shoes off when came indoors) and after checking the taps explained what was likely cause and our options. Offered to Whats-app details and photos so we could consider further without being rushed. However having stripped tap down and reassembled it, it has started behaving, so all good since James's visit. Really pleased with outcome and will be using them again if/when need a plumber.

Alloy Plumbing Services visited my house three time: 25 April, 1 May and 15 July 2025. The work carried out not only included the loft but also the kitchen sink. In the loft mice were causing problems, including getting into the water tank. The tank waa cleaned and the lid made more secure to prevent mice getting in.

I contacted James on behalf of my elderly Mother as she had a problem with her shower. James responded immediately and kept in contact with me . My Mother said James was so kind, polite and extremely trustworthy and as a Family we are absolutely so appreciative of James’ Service and would recommend him everytime. Many many thanks James .

I had a very pleasant experience with James. He was very knowledgeable and changed both ceramic bath mixer valves and repaired the diverter which had become stuck. He was very friendly and explained about the red and blue valve codes which a previous plumber had fitted incorrectly.
