Had to call a new emergency plumber out at night after a poor plumbing job. As an elderly lady on her own I was a bit apprehensive, but James was pleasant, reassuring, knowledgeable and efficient. He came immediately, and managed to stop the water, not easy with our antiquated plumbing. He returned the next day and fitted a new valve. Also gave 10% discount for OAPs. He also called a few days later to make sure everything was ok and I was happy with the job. Definitely recommend Alloy Plumbing.

Hot water was gone and James fixed it perfectly! Dealt with both James and David beforehand and both of them have done amazing jobs (hot water and a leak fixing)! Quick, same day, professional and affordable. They know exactly what to do and do it in the most time effective way. Defo recommend!

They made time in their busy schedule in the week before Christmas to investigate and fix a leak on my premises which would have become a serious problem if it had continued over the holiday. Their work was prompt, careful, methodical and thorough. They explained what they were doing, so I understood what was happening throughout. The problem was identified and fully rectified within two hours. They are friendly, considerate and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use them again. Sunday January morning. Garden tap had burst during the night. Patio turned into an ice rink. Absolute panic as I am recently widowed and in a vulnerable position as regards house repairs.
