From the initial callback, to the explanation of costs (emergency fix), to the identification and subsequent repair work, it was all done within 2 hours. A brilliant job by Steve who spoke to my elderly parents and explained the issue and his fix and even gave them the promised 10% OAP discount. An amazing experience and would most definitely recommend Steve and Alloy Plumbing for any of your plumbing work. 10/10

James from Alloy diagnosed and fixed a water supply problem in our high level cistern ( which has seen better times ) and sealed a leaking pipe. Appreciated his advice.
