  Communication was a little slow at first but the guys showed up on time and did a decent job all round leaving the place nice and clean. Made my life a lot easier by having the gas and electric done at the same time. Got my certificate a few days later with the invoice for the work.

  From start to finish, the whole experience was first class. The communication from booking in the job was clear, the engineer turned up on time as arranged, was courteous and very professional while he was in the property and tidied up when he was done. Fantastic job and would definitely recommend.

  New boiler needed

  I contacted Marcus via check a trade at 4:30pm Thursday afternoon. He said he could get a tradesperson to come out the following morning. Sam arrived by 10am and spent almost 4 hours taking the old boiler apart and checking for faults, unfortunately I required a new one. Marcus called me and explained all my options and gave me a cost breakdown. Marcus arranged for a new boiler, additional parts & Sam fit it the following Thursday. The whole process was smooth, I was provided with certificates via email & the price was reasonable. I would use this company again!
