Used Allen Property Services for 3 years now and have always had a great level of service and communication as well as competitive price. We get the boiler, hob and fire serviced and remember the first year when all the coals were removed from the fire and it was fully cleaned down which never happened on our previous services with other suppliers. Sam is friendly and respectful of our property and never leaves a mess and explains fully what work has been done. Hard to find a good company but we have with Allen Property Services.

Sam was great, got on woth everything we asked, and nothing was too much bother. great service and would certainly use again.

Communication was a little slow at first but the guys showed up on time and did a decent job all round leaving the place nice and clean. Made my life a lot easier by having the gas and electric done at the same time. Got my certificate a few days later with the invoice for the work.

Helped identify an issue with the meter on the end of the gas provider, gave advice on next steps. Was professional and polite throughout.
