Hi, the two guys from All Aspects responded at short notice to my search for balcony installers. They were polite and friendly. I nipped to the supermarket as they reassembled my first floor balcony at my Brixton flat. By the time I got back from a quick shop they were finished. They turned up on time. Set up and cleaned the guttering. Noticed a piece of guttering had become disconnected and refitted. They were both very polite.

Gave a good quote, arrived on time and worked efficiently. We agreed beforehand the task to be done and this was completed to my wishes. After they finished I said I had anticipated the surface of the wood they cut would have a had a smoother finish, and that the edge of the zinc cut could also have been neater. They explained they were only doing the roofing aspect of the job and the finish was reasonable as it is not in their practice to give a good finish to the wood and zinc they had cut. If I had known this I would have chosen different tradesman. Not totally professional in my view.

Came over for an initial check and smaller job but also highlighted some snagging issues from the previous workmen. Gave a very reasonable quote for the work to be done and arranged for this within a couple of days of visiting.
