Whilst Sean could not resolve the issue as it was related to wiring from the consumer unit, he did some diagnostic work and didn't charge the full call out fee. Very efficient and knowledgeable and will definitely use again. Many thanks

he was polite friendly and honest he changed the lock on the door but sadly need a new board he was honest and said I need a new machine,he did try everything i would recommend him to all my friends and family,will definitely use him again
