Sean was very quick to respond to my enquiry and was out the next day to look at my washing machine because the spin cycle had stopped working. He identified an issue with the motor and brushes, ordered the parts and returned and completed the work two days later. He was polite and pleasant. No fuss, just completed the job to my satisfaction. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Sean was a pleasure to deal with. Contacted me very quickly in response to my posting on a Sunday evening and a visit was arranged for Tuesday morning in minutes. He was upfront about call out charge etc (fair rate). Very friendly and efficient - had the fault diagnosed and new part installed (from stock in his van) and tested within 2 hours. Payment via card/ApplePay - no fuss. Will 100% call him first the next time I have an appliance issue.
