  Removal of old tiles and laying of new tiles

  He did a great job from start to finish. He advised us on how to get the best professional finish and even went to get extra parts to make sure he could finish the job to the highest standard instead of cutting corners. He worked very efficiently. We are really pleased with the finish and there were some tricky cuts which he finished really well.

  Tiling floor and walls of our bathroom

  Alex came within 2 hrs of our request and gave us a very competitive quote. He started 2 days later and even worked the weekend to finish it for us. Everything about this job was first class and would always recommend him.

  Worst tiling job ever. In the pictures taken, it is clear to see that he did not cut the tiles correctly resulting in chips and cracks in every single tile laid, this has meant I am having to fix this out of my own money. He not only swore every time we had asked for the alcove to be done AFTER the quote was given bearing in mimd and he had come around to view and make sure that he can do the job properly. When coming to the job, he was clearly unexperienced and did not want to complete the job at hand. I had to make 4 separate trips to get more tiles on the day and he did not tell us th

  Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry to hear you were unhappy with the work carried out. I take pride in my work and always aim to provide respectful, honest service to every customer. I'd like to clarify a few points. The tiles, including the glass row mentioned, were purchased before I saw the job. The glass pieces in question are not traditional tiles and can easily crack due to their shape and fragility when cut — even with the right tools, this is a common challenge and not always due to a lack of skill. I also adviced the customer husband to change the glass to something else because that was not meant to be placed there and we're not the correct shape either. I only asked for more tiles once due to the natural unpredictability of tiling jobs, especially when complications arise. I understand how frustrating it is when expectations aren’t met, and I truly regret that this experience did not meet yours. This is the first negative review in a very long time. I remain committed to doing my best on every job and always appreciate the opportunity to learn and improve.
