Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry to hear you were unhappy with the work carried out. I take pride in my work and always aim to provide respectful, honest service to every customer. I'd like to clarify a few points. The tiles, including the glass row mentioned, were purchased before I saw the job. The glass pieces in question are not traditional tiles and can easily crack due to their shape and fragility when cut — even with the right tools, this is a common challenge and not always due to a lack of skill. I also adviced the customer husband to change the glass to something else because that was not meant to be placed there and we're not the correct shape either. I only asked for more tiles once due to the natural unpredictability of tiling jobs, especially when complications arise. I understand how frustrating it is when expectations aren’t met, and I truly regret that this experience did not meet yours. This is the first negative review in a very long time. I remain committed to doing my best on every job and always appreciate the opportunity to learn and improve.
