I contacted albert electricals after another electrician didnt fix a fault properly with my upstairs light circuit. Ryan came out and identified and fixed the problem easily, he was very knowledgeable and i felt confident in hiring him after first talking to him over the phone. Great communication, very polite i would highly recommend for any electical needs. Job location: LE10I contacted 5 trades about the job + Ryan immediately called to make an appointment to review the property and all of the work in person. He was extremely flexible with availability + visited on a Sunday which I really appreciated. He took a couple of hrs to review everything + explain in detail so I could relay the info to my 80yr old Dad as it's his house that required work. I felt completely reassured about the works required. He was already ahead of the curve as the others quoted from 3 photographs only, no visits! Job location: LE4The prospect of a rewire was daunting at first but Ryan made the entire process as smooth as possible! Communication was clear and transparent from the beginning and he went above and beyond to make sure all work was done to an excellent standard and fully future proofed.
