Ryan came in to chase a plug socket in our kitchen last week and completed it in a neat and professional way. He was quick to respond to the job, gave me a call and explained what options we had and what he would need to do which felt reassuring. Overall there was good communication throughout the experience, he was on time and answered any queries confidently.
