I contacted albert electricals after another electrician didnt fix a fault properly with my upstairs light circuit. Ryan came out and identified and fixed the problem easily, he was very knowledgeable and i felt confident in hiring him after first talking to him over the phone. I contacted 5 trades about the job + Ryan immediately called to make an appointment to review the property and all of the work in person. He was extremely flexible with availability + visited on a Sunday which I really appreciated. He took a couple of hrs to review everything + explain in detail so I could relay the info to my 80yr old Dad as it's his house that required work. I felt completely reassured about the works required. He was already ahead of the curve as the others quoted from 3 photographs only, no visits! The prospect of a rewire was daunting at first but Ryan made the entire process as smooth as possible!
