Alan was incredibly thorough and precise throughout. Communication was constant. From the beginning Alan Smith Plumbing acted incredibly well, made sure to reduce mess to a minimum, checked in on us every so offen before committing to work and even disregarded some of the pipework and changed it to our liking once asked. Job location: BA14Excellent service. Fitted my bathroom in one day and one of the hottest days of the year! There were a couple of problems with the kit I had bought but they soon were fixed and bathroom looks great.
