Alan offered a straightforward solution to a complicated and ongoing problem affecting two showers. He saved us money and replaced only what needed to be, installing new showers, tiling and panels. With his team he made sure both bathrooms were finished immaculately and that everything was to our satisfaction. We had an old enamel bath, which needed removing and the shower replacing. New flooring was laid and a full sized shower installed. We also replaced the basin, splash back and had our mirror replaced with a mirrored cabinet. The toilet and radiator were refitted, and the entire bathroom was repainted!!! They tidied up and simplified our pipework too, which was a real mess!!! We’re so pleased and thoroughly recommend Alan Smith Plumbing. They’re knowledgeable, skilled and friendly so we really benefited from their diligence and expertise in areas where we weren’t clear on the available options.

Alan responded quickly to my enquiry via Checkatrade, diagnosed the problem which resulted in a new cold water tank being fitted in a pretty inaccessible area in my roof space. This work was undertaken with the minimum fuss and a great result. Alan also fitted a new kitchen tap and new shower unit. He arrived on time, took care to cover carpets etc and I would highly recommend him.
