Andy was prompt to respond when my boiler stopped working. He suggested a couple of things over the phone, and when they didn't work came out as soon as he could. He identified the issue and explained it very clearly and all the options. When I decided to get a new boiler he rearranged other work to do it as soon as he could, and managed to do a quick fix to keep things ticking over in the meantime. He and his colleague installed the new boiler - and fixed a gas leak - quickly and efficiently, cleaning up after themselves and arranging for the rubbish to be taken away.Verified reviewerJob location: L1710 Im glad for local business on checkatrade.
