Andy is highly professional, punctual, knowledgeable and reliable. A fantastic service provided to remove a (very) old Ferroli boiler and install a brand new Glow-worm combi + Hive system. Highly recommend A Jude Heating & Plumbing!

Unfortunately, can't leave a positive review for Andy. He is friendly guy, came on very short notice and communicated well. But, he charged £90 and his advice was either ~£700 repair (which he advised against, as boiler is too old) or new boiler, which he can fit next week. Before the visit, boiler was dripping and required top-up every day, but after his inspection it started seriously leaking requiring top-up every hour. In my mind, leaving customer with a non-working boiler in February for a week isn't great. Funnily enough, spare part (diverter valve cartridge) cost £50 and resolved issue.

Andy is polite, communicative and friendly. The service was completed quickly and we have worked out what may be wrong with the boiler and a repair has been done. Very happy to use his services again and to recommend him to others.

Andy came round to fit a new smart thermostat on extremely short notice! Really nice and polite and completed the job with no problems Extremley happy with the service and the workmanship!
