They provided excellent service and communication all through out the project on my bathroom fitting, very happy and overjoyed with how my new bathroom looks, exactly as I expected it to be after the job was completed. AJ responded fast after job post & was polite, friendly, helpful & explained things clearly & well. Workers mostly didn’t arrive between time frame stated. 1st worker damaged x2 existing Bathroom Tiles. Both replaced with x2 different ones - ruined look of bathroom. Workers didn’t come fully equipped so asked us instead & cut corners during works. AJ rectified what he could. 2nd workers didn’t do good finishing. Lack of communication & errors with supplied materials.
