Liam attended to resolve a faulty PIR and after analysis and attempts to fix the existing PIR, it was replaced with a new one. Work completed well and to satisfaction with several checks done to ensure that the alarm was fully operational.

John's work was very satisfactory and he solved our problems with the alarm. He also replaced the battery.

I posted the job at 3pm. Within half an hour Liam called me to discuss the problem with my house alarm. Despite my alarm system being very old Liam was confident he could fix it. He was luckily not too far away and he offered to come round within half an hour. At 4pm Liam turned up and within half an hour he had repaired the alarm. Not only that but he sorted out some incorrect programming and offered advice on its use. He checked that I was happy with the job before he left. I can thoroughly recommend AIS Alarms.

Liam came to do initial site visit. listened to what we wanted and make some suggestions but didn't try to over complicate things. Came to do the job as planned and completed new alarm system in a few hours. gave a clear demonstration of how system worked and details of ongoing support available. would recommend without hesitation.

Quick service and reasonable price. Got the existing alarm going. Two other companies wanted to rip out and replace.
