Damon's done two jobs for us, fixing leaks in the kitchen and bathroom - both have been all sorted out and he took the time to explain the problems and go through our options. Will definitely be using him again!

David and Damon priced up our Bathroom to take out the old bath and shower and install a walk in shower. They gave us a two week window which we were happy with. Work started bathroom was fully striped out tiles off the wall and floor. There were a few issues with a leaking pipe that had rotted the joist and floor boards. They were replaced and two other leaks were discovered and repaired at agreed extra cost. Not to expensive either. The job ran a few days other due to plaster taken longer to dry out. Very pleased with the work they done would highly recommend.

They replaced a small bathroom for us. We would not recommend the company. They flooded the kitchen (didn’t even help to clear it up and has damaged the ceiling), had lots of leaks due to poor installation, ruined the fittings by cutting too short or holes too big. Took 3 weeks instead of 1. Spilled and dropped things all over the carpet, staff constantly complaining they didn’t know what they were doing. It got so bad we fixed all the leaks ourselves as we didn’t trust them nor wanted them back in the house. Tiling was done well. Everything else was poorly finished and amateurish at best.

Changed a radiator for us, fitted a balcock valve and stopped an outside leak. Went above and beyond and really happy with the work.

Easy to connect, clear communication leading up the job, and work (heating service and repair) carried out on time and on budget. Very happy, would use again.

Damon was super helpful in getting our boiler reviewed and then replaced. He is very personable and friendly; no question was too much. Ricky and Craig came to fit the boiler. They were very friendly and got the job done quickly and well. Again, they were wonderful with questions. AIC was very helpful and helped us get our boiler replaced a week later! We are very grateful!
