  We had a great experience working with Toyin on our planning permission. He was responsive and proactive throughout the whole process. He picked up on a some important detail that others had missed regarding our location, which changed the approach from what many assumed would be permitted development to the correct decision of submitting a full application. He also found a way to reduce costs during the application process saving us around £80, which was a nice bonus. On our side, we were tight on time but all was submitted on time! Overall, very professional & competitive priced!

  I recently used this architecture service for my home renovation. Toyin Alege responds efficiently and demonstrates a high degree of experience and knowledge in this field. His drawings are on point and very professionally presented. He delivered the plans on time and I was able to obtain relevant planning permission within the timeframe. I highly recommend this service and have in fact recommended to friends.

  I cannot recommend AH design (Toyin) highly enough! From start to finish, he made the entire planning approval process smooth, stress-free, and successful. He took the time to clearly explain every step, handled all the paperwork with precision, and dealt with the local authority on our behalf, which saved us a huge amount of time and worry.What stood out most was their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to getting the best outcome for us.

  Planning application help for extension

  Toyin has been very professional throughout our planning journey which is coming to a close now we have secured permission from the council. The reason we went with Toyin is that he made the initial extra effort when we were looking for an architect. He came to the house for our initial meeting as opposed to to others who have more generic initial discussions. Toyin set out an overall project plan and so far that approximate timeline has been delivered.
