I cannot recommend AH design (Toyin) highly enough! From start to finish, he made the entire planning approval process smooth, stress-free, and successful. He took the time to clearly explain every step, handled all the paperwork with precision, and dealt with the local authority on our behalf, which saved us a huge amount of time and worry.What stood out most was their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to getting the best outcome for us.

Toyin has been very professional throughout our planning journey which is coming to a close now we have secured permission from the council. The reason we went with Toyin is that he made the initial extra effort when we were looking for an architect. He came to the house for our initial meeting as opposed to to others who have more generic initial discussions. Toyin set out an overall project plan and so far that approximate timeline has been delivered.

Toyin came in half way through a job which is not ready for any architect and immediately helped to get our project back on track by accurately measuring the site and redrawing all plans for submission to building control and fortunately realising our existing drawings needed amending and correcting.
