He produced comprehensive documents to support the initial process and adapted when things changed. It was a difficult, drawn out and complicated situation and he guided me through it brilliantly. Cannot thank him or recommend him highly enough.

We had a great experience working with Toyin on our planning permission. He was responsive and proactive throughout the whole process. He picked up on a some important detail that others had missed regarding our location, which changed the approach from what many assumed would be permitted development to the correct decision of submitting a full application. He also found a way to reduce costs during the application process saving us around £80, which was a nice bonus. On our side, we were tight on time but all was submitted on time! Overall, very professional & competitive priced!
